Personal data means any data that, either on its own or jointly with other data, can be used to identify a natural person. You directly provide us with such data when you use our websites, products, or services, or interact with us by, for example, joining our Happy Dental VIP Membership Card or contacting us for support. We may also obtain data by recording how you interact with our websites, products, or services. For example, we may use technologies like cookies or receive use data from software running on your device. As permitted by law, we may also obtain data from public and commercial third-party sources, for example, purchasing statistics from other companies to support our services. The personal data we collect includes name, gender, enterprise name, job position, postal and email addresses, phone number, login information (account and password), photos, and certificate information, etc., depending on how you interact with Happy Dental, for example, the website you visit or the products and services that you use. We also collect the information you provide to us and the content of messages you send us, such as the query information you provide, or the questions or information you provide for customer service support.


Payment for treatment must be made after the treatment is done expect (Braces, Denture, Crown, Bridge, RCT, Implant, payment in installments until completed).

If the patient does not want to continue treatment, no fee will be returned but will be replaced by another treatment with the same value.

By signing this letter confirming the above details are correct.

Patients are advised to take a light meal before undergoing treatment, in the event of any untoward incident the clinic will not be held responsible.


5.3.1 Registration

To do the first treatment, you must register with us by filling a consent form at the counter. You must only submit to us information which is accurate and true. You must also keep your information up to date by informing us of any changes by contacting us. To book an appointment, you must give your name and identity card.

5.3.2 Price and Payment

Whilst we do our best to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices that are told by our sales team are accurate, there may be instances where errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any treatment you have booked we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your booking at the correct price. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the booking as canceled. There will be no refund if we already sent your cases to the lab.

5.3.3 Vouchers

All vouchers are valid at all Klinik Pergigian Happy Dental locations. Depending on the type of voucher, the voucher is valid until the expiration date. It does not apply to reduced or promotional treatments. It also cannot be coupled with any other type of redemption or voucher. Physical vouchers must be provided for redemption and cannot be swapped for cash. If lost or damaged, they will not be replaced. It cannot be canceled, replaced, or refunded once redemption has been accepted.
