Happy Dental Sdn. Bhd. was founded by a native of Johor, Mr. Tuan Muhammad Asri Bin Mohamed Ishah. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Islamic Jurisprudence and Fatwa from the Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM), and he has experience in business for managing the administration of this clinic. He established Klinik Pergigian Happy Dental with just two employees and one dentist. In 2023, he successfully expanded the empire, enabling the opening of three branches with nearly 20 employees and three dentists.
